Terms of use
Last updated 19 October 2026
This website, digitalbeliefs.com, is operated by Tectel Pty Ltd (ABN 69 163 480 313), trading as Regenerate Consulting and Publishing (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Using the site
The content on this site, including articles, the self-check and information about the book and keynotes, is general information. It isn’t professional, psychological, legal or financial advice. Please think about your own circumstances before acting on it.
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we can’t promise that it will always be complete, current or uninterrupted.
Intellectual property
The text, images, design, the Digital Beliefs name, the CID³T framework and the book itself belong to Dr Michelle Joosse or us, or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, and quote short passages with attribution. Please don’t copy, republish or sell any content without written permission.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders are made through Stripe. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation from Stripe. The Chapter 1 we email to you is for your personal reading. Please don’t share or republish it.
Prices, delivery, collection, cancellation and refunds are covered by our refunds and shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. If a price on the site is clearly an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Speaking and event enquiries
Sending an event brief or enquiry doesn’t create a booking. A keynote, workshop or other engagement is confirmed only when both parties agree in writing on its terms.
Links to other sites
Where we link to other websites, we do so for convenience. We aren’t responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law, that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Where our liability for goods or services can be limited, it is limited to resupplying them or paying the cost of resupply.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle your personal information.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page. For questions, email [email protected].
